Recommended settings
- Color mode: RGB or CMYK
- Resolution: 300 dpi or higher
- File types: JPEG, PDF, PSD, AI
Our 12-ink printing process ensures colors are reproduced more accurately than standard 4-color CMYK printing.
Resizing artwork
We can help resize your artwork to fit your chosen print size, making sure the proportions work and the image fits well.
If your artwork’s aspect ratio doesn’t match the print size, we can create a custom size close to what you ordered.
Quality check
If your image isn’t quite up to standard, we’ll let you know before printing so you can decide how to proceed. Our aim is to make sure you’re happy with the final print.

Border and sizing
Your selected size (e.g. A3) is the final paper size — borders sit within that size.
We recommend a small border to frame the image and leave space for signing and handling. We’ll size and position your upload to fit your selected size (free of charge).
If you select “No border” and the proportions don’t match, we’ll fit your image to the shortest side so it prints uncropped, with any remaining area left as a clean white margin. We only crop on request.
